Eftpos Terminals

Pickup an Eftpos Terminal

If you are rostered to work from home, you are required to do the following:

CSO:

  • Contact Gus Martin at the first point about 3 days before your work-from-home shift. He will advise when one will become available.
  • You can then go to his desk and pick up one from the white tub only and complete the register to say you have picked it up.
  • If you are not in the Call Centre, you need to advise Gus on ZZCSSupport of the Terminal number and date of collection and expected return.
  • Take an extra Eftpos roll

  • Check that the Eftpos register has been completed (or complete it for staff if they will pick it up from a different location)
