How can I access the portal?

Advise the customer to go to portal.greaterdandenong.vic.gov.au and register.

Don't have an email

If they don't have an email then there is currently no other option to register. Alternatives may become available in the future.

If they have signed up and are having any technical issues. 

  • Advise them to click the help button in the portal and enter their issues.
  • A member of the portal support team will be notified automatically if the support button is used.
