Planning Compliance Report

The Planning Compliance Team investigates breaches of the CGD Planning Scheme and also non-compliance with existing Planning Permits. Generally, Planning Compliance investigations relate to private land.

Reports must be entered if a breach is suspected and not previously reported, this is not a Statutory Planning issue.
