General speeding reports

If the customer is reporting general speeding on the street. They are concerned that schools are nearby, generally, cars not obeying the speed signs. They suggest installing speed humps or bollards or lowering the speed limit would reduce the issue of speeding.

Ultimately the issue is speeding. Even though the customer or we think the solution is installing speed humps or reducing the speed limit. The process is to complete the merit using the categories below as speeding. You can add in the description what the customer suggests as a solution.

The merit goes to the traffic engineers, who are responsible for investigating and seeking the best outcome.
