Call the Operation Centre to advise how long before someone can get there to meet the customer.
With the timeframe advise customer, they can choose to stay or we can call them after we check the drain. If keys are found we can arrange for them to pick them up
Ask and record in the description of Merit:
- What is the exact location of the drain
