Advise the customer to contact the other authorities directly to report the issue.
Customer's own land
Advise the customer that the Council is not responsible for managing noxious weeds on privately owned land. It is the property owner's responsibility to address the issue.
They should seek advice from a local garden centre regarding effective weed control methods and preventative measures.
