  Request: Select request
  Function: choose from the list depending on the problem
   

 Ask and record on Merit the following:

• Details of the problem

• Is a safety response is required? how to determine if a safety response is required?
• Go to Merit and select facility from the list and click place
• Select the following Merit:
  Service: Building Maint - select from the list depending on your facility type
  Request: Plumbing works external
  Function: select from the list depending on the problem
