There are two types of council buildings with respect to Vermin

Council Buildings occupied by council staff, for example
- Dandenong Civic Building
- Springvale Community Hub
- Operations Centre
Council buildings occupied by community groups, kindergartens etc

Go to Merit and select facility from the list and click place
Select the following Merit:
Service: Building Maint - select from the list depending on your facility type
Request: Building External Works or Building Interior Works
Function: Cleaning

Ask and record on Merit the following:

Details of the problem

Vermin in Buildings used by Kindergartens or other tenants

It they are tenants at a council facility, then advise them that it is their responsibility under the lease/licence agreements.

Home and Community Care (HAC - 383 Springvale Road, Springvale)

Home and Community Care lease a private building at 383 Springvale Road, Springvale. Building Maintenance does not assist with Vermin Control at this site.
