Complete a Merit

Parks/Reserves > BBQ > Clean

• Add facility type. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

Ask and record in the description of Merit:

• What is the exact location of the BBQ in the park? e.g near the play equipment
• Details of cleaning required? e.g the hotplate is greasy

Go to the Graffiti page under Council Owned Asset reports

• Give details and description of damage or repair.

• Add facility type. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

• What is the exact location of the BBQ in the park? e.g near the play equipment
• Give a reason for this request

• Give details of vandalism that has occurred, graffiti is not to be reported as vandalism but instead, it has to be reported under graffiti
