Drinking Fountains Reports

Complete a Merit

Parks/Reserves > drinking fountain > Clean

The location of the park must be selected from facility in Merit. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

• Ask and record in the description of Merit:
• What is the exact location of the drinking fountain? e.g near the play equipment
• Details of cleaning required? 

Go to the Graffiti page under Council Owned Asset reports

Complete a Merit

Parks/Reserves > Drinking Fountain > Maintenance

Ask and record in the description of Merit:

• What is the exact location of the drinking fountain?  e.g near the play equipment
• Give details and description of the problem(e.g low water pressure etc)

Complete a Merit

Parks/Reserves > Drinking Fountain > New

The location of the park must be selected from the facility in Merit. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

• Ask and record in the description of Merit:
• Give the location where the drinking fountain is required? E.g near the play equipment
• Give the reason for this request.

Complete a Merit

Parks/Reserves > drinking fountain > Vandalism

The location of the park must be selected from the facility in Merit. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

Ask and record in the description of Merit:

• What is the exact location of the drinking fountain? E.g near the play equipment
• Give details of vandalism that has occurred, graffiti is not to be reported as vandalism but instead, it has to be reported under the graffiti reports within CGD

Complete a Merit

Street Furniture > damaged 
 

Ask and record in the description of Merit:

• What is the exact location of the drinking fountain? e.g near the play equipment
• Details of cleaning, damage or vandalism required? 

Go to the Graffiti page under Council Owned Asset reports

Complete a Merit

Street Furniture > Drinking Fountain > New

The location of the park must be selected from the facility in Merit. Search parks/reserve via facility type or facility name and then click place.

• Ask and record in the description of Merit:
• Give the location where the drinking fountain is required? E.g near the play equipment
• Give the reason for this request.

If a drinking fountain is installed at Council's Leisure and Aquatic Centre listed below

Advise the customer to report the issue directly to the management at that Centre.

• Select the following Merit:
