Regulation change for selling E-cigarettes and Vapes

Transitional arrangements have been established to support the government’s reforms to regulate the sale of vaping goods in Australia.

Now only pharmacies are now permitted to sell e-cigarettes or Vapes. The new laws make it illegal for non-pharmacy retailers such as tobacconists, vape shops or convenience stores to stock or sell any type of vaping good, including existing stock or to fulfill orders placed before 1 July 2024.
