Greater Dandenong City Council provides over 100 services to improve the quality of life of all residents. We are drafting a Customer Experience Strategy, and we'll like to hear from everyone in our community what is important to you every time you use or interact with these Council services.
Our Customer Experience Strategy will be informed by our community and the people who work at Council.

First stage of consultation - Customer perception survey
February to December 2024
We conducted a range of targeted activities, including customer perception surveys, and a benchmarking exercise with 500 customers with recent direct experience with Council services.

Final draft Strategy presented to Council for adoption
Mid 2025
Council Staff will present the draft strategy to Councillors for adoption in a meeting of Councillors in April 2025.
