Vehicle Crossing Damage Report

Vehicle Crossings are considered private property and are the responsibility of the owner of the property or body corporate

Council recognises sections in the vehicle crossing form a part of the footpath and kerb network.

The council will inspect damage if:

  • The resident believes the crossing is damaged because of Council activity or assets such as nature strip tree uprooting the vehicle crossing
  • If they believe the crossing has not been constructed properly (too steep, wrong location, too narrow, too wide etc

How to enter a report

CSO:

  1. Complete a Merit   Vehicle Crossing > Damaged

Ask and record in the description of Merit:

  • What is the exact location?
  • What is the issue?

What is the Vehicle Crossing?

A vehicle crossing is the part of your driveway that crosses the footpath and nature strip and meets the road. It lets cars and other vehicles enter and exit your property.
