What Do I Do If I Don't balance and Unders/Overs

CSO:

  1. Seek assistance from the centre Supervisor or Support Staff member.
  2. Complete checklist and Scan to CSSupport
  3. If you still are unable to balance, complete this online form, this will be sent to the relevant departments. 
  4. Pace all relevant paperwork in the safe. 
  5. Note: if the issue is with the EFTPOS totals not balancing, do not settle, place a note on the machine so it does not get used the next day.
  6. Do not bank any money until ok'd by Coordinator

Important:

If you are rostered the next day, you will need to open another Journal via the normal process
