Dogs must only be off leash in Council designated Off - Leash Parks
Important note:
We are unable to proceed until the customer is willing to leave their full details. Anonymous reports cannot be submitted for these kinds of reports, also they must have the full address details for the animal before a report can be taken
How to enter a report
Complete Merit request
Park > Prohibited Activity > Dogs off - leash
Council will attend within 24 hours
Ask and record in the description of Merit:
- Is the dog still off - leash at the time of the report?
- Is there a person with the dog, If no - you need to report as stray wandering dog?
