CSO:
- Go to 'Property & Rating' and confirm the property is being charged for an additional bin.
- If yes, enter a report.
How to enter a report
Complete Merit request
Rubbish > Remove bin > select bin type and size that is on their property
Ask and record in the description of Merit:
- Description of the bin, that is no longer required. e.g red garbage 120LT
- A member of the waste team will contact them to advise when to leave the bin out.
