Verify if the resident is paying the garbage levy.
CSO:
- Go to "Property & Rating" and search property via Property Enquiry.
- Then Summary > Attributes
- Check the current bin option for the property. If the property changed its bin option during a financial year, two current options might be listed. Click on each option link to see the start and end dates.
Paying garbage levy, shared bins on Property
CSO:
- Advise the customer that a report needs to be taken
- Enter a report Rubbish>Missing Bin>Shared Bins
- Waste Services will investigate and communicate with the customer within 3 working days
Private Garbage Collection
CSO:
- Advise the customer they need to contact their private garbage service
- They are not paying for a garbage service with Council
Paying garbage levy with property
- Advise the customer they must complete a Statutory Declaration for Missing Bins
