Cheques from VicRoads – Vehicle Registration Refunds Receipt

Cheques received from VicRoads for refunds of Council fleet vehicle registrations are to be receipted at Customer Service Dandenong.

CSO:

1. Go to 'Property and Rating' and receipt total cheque amount to GL- RefundReg
2. Receipt payable to VicRoads 
3. Enter the car registration in the notes field
4. Write the receipt number on the cut-off
5. File with daily cut-offs
