Customer:
- Customers can request the removal of a specific tree i.e. new development, driveway construction or relocation, change of tree species etc. After an inspection of the site, Council's Arborist may approve or decline this request
- When approved by Arborist, the customer will be sent an application form with fees noted
Payment:
- Payment can only be taken with a completed application form (example)
Counter
- Go to 'Property and Rating' and receipt via GL-/PKSINCOME (Payment Methods)
- Enter the address of the property in the notes field of the receipt
- Complete office box on form
- Email receipt to operations@cgd.vic.gov.au
- Photocopy application form
- Return original form to customer with receipt
- Scan photocopied application form to Records
- Go to 'Property and Rating' and receipt via GL-/PKSINCOME (Payment Methods)
- Enter the address of the property in the notes field of the receipt
- Complete office box on form
- Email receipt to operations@cgd.vic.gov.au
- Photocopy application form
- Return original form to customer with receipt
- File with daily cutoffs
