Customer Funded Tree Removal Receipt

Customer:

  • Customers can request the removal of a specific tree i.e. new development, driveway construction or relocation, change of tree species etc. After an inspection of the site, Council's Arborist may approve or decline this request
  • When approved by Arborist, the customer will be sent an application form with fees noted 

Payment:

  • Payment can only be taken with a completed application form (example)

Counter

  • Go to 'Property and Rating' and receipt via GL-/PKSINCOME  (Payment Methods)
  • Enter the address of the property in the notes field of the receipt
  • Complete office box on form 
  • Email receipt to operations@cgd.vic.gov.au  
  • Photocopy application form
  • Return original form to customer with receipt
  • Scan photocopied application form to Records

Mail

  • Go to 'Property and Rating' and receipt via GL-/PKSINCOME (Payment Methods)
  • Enter the address of the property in the notes field of the receipt
  • Complete office box on form 
  • Email receipt to operations@cgd.vic.gov.au  
  • Photocopy application form
  • Return original form to customer with receipt
  • File with daily cutoffs
