If the customer has not set up any other options, the Rates Notices will be mailed (default option) to the property's address.
Request to change mailing address
CSO's cannot change the mailing address for Rates. This can only be done by the Rates Team and only when they receive the Change of mailing address form.

Rate Notice via email (EzyBill)?
Customers need to sign up to a system called EZYbill to receive notices via email.
- Advise the customer to go to our www.greaterdandenong.vic.gov.au.and search 'Paying your Rates', where they can find the way to register to EZYBill
- After they register Council will no longer send paper notices.
Customer experiencing technical issues
- Issues with passwords or username must be processed via links in Ezybill site

Rate notices via their internet banking (BPay View)
How can I get my rate notices via BPay View®?
BPay View® sends notices to customers via online banking. This means customers need to set it up via their bank. Once you register this way, the Council will no longer post your paper rate notices.
To register, advise the customer to:
- Log into your online banking account.
- Look for the BPay View® of 'View Bills' section.
- Register to receive your Greater Dandenong rate notices.
You will need to enter:
- BPAY Biller Code: 8987
- Your BPAY View registration number. You can find it on the lower section of your notice, under the BPAY logo.
- Your name. Type it exactly as it appears on your rate notice.
Technical issues
If you are not registered for internet banking or need help to register for BPay View®, contact your bank.
All other technical issues to be reported to the customers own bank
How to change or cancel the way a Rate Notice is sent.
If the customer wants to cancel the option to email notices or sent via BPay View any
Advise them to:
- Log back on to Ezybill and BPay view and de - register or cancel the request. If they do not opt for another way, the notices will be posted to their mailing address on our records
