When the application has been approved, the customer will be sent an approval letter, for example to make payment. Customer Service can only receipt if the letter has been provided. If the letter has not been provided contact the further enquires below.

- Go 'Property and Rating' and receipt to GL- /ENErectCommSign (Payment Methods)
- Attach a copy of the receipt to the actual sign if they bring one in and place away from public pathway
- Email Daniel Przychodzki to dprzyc@cgd.vic.gov.au and advise to pick up the sign
Phone
- Cannot be processed over the phone. They will need pay and bring in the sign to one of our Customer Service Centres
