A Certificate of Currency for public liability must be provided for all new Local Law applications except for the following permits
- Excess animal permits
- Permit to park heavy/long vehicles
- Parking bay permit
All local Law permits have to be processed first by Regserv before we can receipt the payment.
They will receive a text message or email when their permit is ready for payment.
They can pay online on our website, call or come in person to pay
If the customer has completed the application form and has not received a message or email
CSO:
Advise the customer to wait 5 business days for a response.
If it's 5 days and they still have not been contacted. Email regservadmin using the phone message template.
If they have the permit number, proceed to receipt the payment (counter and phone)
CSO:
Go to P & R and process payment via Source Code: Permit number.
