What is a notice of acquisition?
Solicitors send notices of Acquisitions with cheques, these are generally final payments when properties are sold.

- Check the form and locate the property address
- Go to Property and Rating and get the property number
- Receipt via source code 02 (Payment Methods)
- Change name for the receipt to the solicitor/conveyancer
- Change address to the address of the solicitor/conveyancer
- Stamp document and scan to Records

These payments can only be processed in person or by mail as the form is required.
However, If they wish they can make a standard payment to the property over the phone.
CSO can process as a regular Rates Payment under Source Code 02
