Notices of Acquisitions Receipts

What is a notice of acquisition?

Solicitors send notices of Acquisitions with cheques, these are generally final payments when properties are sold.

CSO:

  1. Check the form and locate the property address
  2. Go to Property and Rating and get the property number
  3. Receipt via source code 02 (Payment Methods)
  4. Change name for the receipt to the solicitor/conveyancer
  5. Change address to the address of the solicitor/conveyancer 
  6. Stamp document and scan to Records

  1. Check the form and locate the property address
  2. Go to Property and Rating and get the property number
  3. Receipt via source code 02 (Payment Methods)
  4. Change name for the receipt to the solicitor/conveyancer
  5. Change address to the address of the solicitor/conveyancer 
  6. File with cutoffs

Phone

These payments can only be processed in person or by mail as the form is required.
However, If they wish they can make a standard payment to the property over the phone.
CSO can process as a regular Rates Payment under Source Code 02
