Dog registration runs from 9 April - 8th April each year.
All fees below include the $4 State Government Levy.

Check Pet Registration form has been completed
Check acceptable proof of microchipping
Check acceptable proof provided for a reduced fee
Write tag number on the application form and on all other documentation
Receipt in 'Property and Rating' instructions (Payment Methods)
If the animal is under 3 months, registration is free
Note:Enter the tag number only in the notes field of the receipt
Complete office use box and photocopy the application form and all relevant documents
Date stamp documents and scan to Records
Provide the customer with the tag, receipt and copy of the application

Check Pet Registration form has been completed
Check acceptable proof of microchipping
Check acceptable proof provided for a reduced fee if applicable
Write new tag number on the application form and on all other documentation
Receipt in Property and Rating instructions (Payment Methods)
If the animal is under 3 months, registration free

Complete office use box and photocopy the application form and all relevant documents
Mail out the tag, receipt and copy of the application
File all documentation in Objective tray in Call Centre
